The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching and support provided by Natalie Pickering to any individual and client. By proceeding with your payment you irrevocably agree that this agreement automatically becomes a binding contract between you and Natalie Pickering. You are acknowledging that you have read, agreed to, and accept all the terms and conditions stated.
By purchasing this coaching service or program from Natalie Pickering you are acknowledging that coaching involves a willing relationship between the client and coach. The coaching process is intended to be informational and educational and support for the clients’ goals based on the information provided by the client. This may include reflecting on beliefs, behaviours or life events.
I have made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. We affirm the clients are fully responsible for their beliefs, choices and actions. Natalie Pickering will do everything possible in supporting you to achieve your results and desired outcomes, and how a client decides to use this information is solely their responsibility.
The client will indemnify and hold harmless Natalie Pickering for any claims, liability, costs or expenses in connection with any coaching services, information or materials. The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their comments, actions and hereby release Natalie Pickering from liability as influenced by the information contained in the products and services received.
The client understands that all Intellectual Properties (including but not limited to audio recordings, videos, e-books and worksheets) belong to Natalie Pickering and are not to be shared with other people.
The client understands that the program is non-refundable and agrees to have payments direct debited from their nominated account as per the agreed payment schedule. Furthermore, the client agrees to be responsible for full payment of fees for the entire program regardless of whether they complete the program, and regardless if they have selected a lump sum or payment program. No refunds will be issued.
Natalie Pickering can terminate this agreement if the client fails to pay the agreed coaching fees, or otherwise breaches this agreement or engages in critical, hurtful, or discriminating conduct during sessions or in the online community.
Coaching sessions are intended to be informational and educational only, and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, financial counselling, professional advice or services. By undertaking coaching with Natalie Pickering the client assert that they are of well body and mind to uphold this agreement.
Confidentiality
Personal information supplied by the client will be treated as confidential, it will not be disclosed to a third party without the client's permission, saved where required by law or where action may be necessary to prevent harm to the client or to someone else.
